White Balsamic Honey

  • 3 Cups White Balsamic

  • 1 Cup Organic Wild Honey

  • 2 Cups Salt


  1. In a sauce pot, reduce the vinegar by half

  2. Whisk in your honey and place pot back over low heat until the liquid is viscous.

  3. Stir in salt and allow to cook
