Watermelon Vanilla Syrup

  • 4 Cups Watermelon Juice

  • 2 Cups Sugar

  • 2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract


  1. Combine watermelon juice and sugar into a small sauce pot

  2. Whisk ingredients together and simmer the solution until it is reduced to half the amount and begins to thicken.

  3. Remove the solution from the heat and whisk in the vanilla extract.

  4. If the syrup is too thick, whisk in more fresh watermelon juice until you have reach desired consistency.

  5. Hold in a covered container in the fridge until you are ready to serve!
