Watermelon Lettuce Cup

¼ Cup Jicama ¼ inch diced
¼ Cup Watermelon ¼ inch diced
¼ Cup Watermelon Radish ¼ inch diced
2 Tbsp White balsamic honey
1 Tsp Sesame Chili Oil
Place leaves on 3 stacks, using 2 leaves on each stack, facing front to back so it forms a small cup
In a mixing bowl, toss your diced melon, radish and jicama together with the Balsamic hone and sesame oil.
Divide the mixture between each lettuce cup.
Garnish with a pinch of black sesame and micro cilantro leaves.
