Watermelon Lettuce Cup

  • ¼ Cup Jicama ¼ inch diced

  • ¼ Cup Watermelon ¼ inch diced

  • ¼ Cup Watermelon Radish ¼ inch diced

  • 2 Tbsp White balsamic honey

  • 1 Tsp Sesame Chili Oil


  1. Place leaves on 3 stacks, using 2 leaves on each stack, facing front to back so it forms a small cup

  2. In a mixing bowl, toss your diced melon, radish and jicama together with the Balsamic hone and sesame oil.

  3. Divide the mixture between each lettuce cup.

  4. Garnish with a pinch of black sesame and micro cilantro leaves.
