4 Cups Rice Wine Vinegar (or White Vinegar)
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Salt
2 Pounds Blueberry
In a sauce pot, combine all ingredients and place over a medium high heat.
Whisk ingredients together and allow mixture to come to a boil
Removed the solution from the heat and poor over the blue berry’s.
Cover tightly and allow the blueberries to rest in the solution for at least 2 hours
