Pickled Blueberry

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Cups Rice Wine Vinegar (or White Vinegar)

  • 1 Cup Sugar

  • 1 Cup Salt

  • 2 Pounds Blueberry

METHOD:

  1. In a sauce pot, combine all ingredients and place over a medium high heat.

  2. Whisk ingredients together and allow mixture to come to a boil

  3. Removed the solution from the heat and poor over the blue berry’s.

  4. Cover tightly and allow the blueberries to rest in the solution for at least 2 hours
