2 Cups Grape Seed Oil
1 Tbsp. Red Chili Flakes
3 Dried Red Chili
In a sauce pot, add a ½ cup of grape seed oil, Red chili flakes and Dried whole red Chilis.
Cook on low heat until chilis begin to sizzle. Do not brown.
Add remaining oil to the pot and place over a low heat until the oil is warm but not too hot to still touch.
Remove from heat and place in an air tight container for at least 24 hours.
