Balsamic Caviar (Pomegranate Juice)


1 Quart of Chilled Olive Oil

4 tsp plain gelatin powder

3 tbsp cold water

3 oz pomegranate juice


1. Pour gelatin powder into a squeeze bottle

2. Add cold water to squeeze bottle

3. Heat pomegranate juice

4. Pour pomegranate juice into the squeeze bottle to combine gelatin, cold water and pomegranate juice.

5. Set olive oil in a container over an ice bath

6. Drop ingredients into the olive oil

7. Strain it from the oil over a bowl
