Chamorro BBQ Ribs

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Rack Baby Back Ribs

MARINADE:

  • 4 cups Soy Sauce

  • 4 cups Distilled White Vinegar

  • 1 cup Sugar

  • 1 Lemon, sliced

  • 1 1/3 cup Onion (Chopped)

  • 6 Tbsp Garlic (Minced)

  • 3/4 cup Ginger (Minced)

  • Salt + Pepper to taste

METHOD:

Instructions for Chamorro Barbecue Ribs:

  1. Portion ribs into slabs of 4 ribs each.

  2. For the marinade combine soy sauce, distilled vinegar, sugar, lemon, onion, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper.

  3. Add ribs to marinade and let sit for at least 1 hour, or up to 24 hours.

  4. Remove ribs from marinade and grill over open fire until cooked throughout.
