Prosciutto wrapped Figs with Gorgonzola, Fresh Walnuts and Honey

  • 9 Large fresh Mission figs

  • 18 1/2 inch cut thin strips of prosciutto

  • 3 Tablespoon Gorgonzola cheese

  • 18 Large walnut halves


  1. Halve the figs and rest with the open side up.  

  2. Wrap each fig half with a slice of prosciutto.  

  3. Place a 1/2 teaspoon of cheese on each fig.  

  4. Next add the piece of walnut and a drizzle of honey.  

  5. Serve cold or heat by placing in a broiler oven for 2 minutes.
