Prosciutto wrapped Figs with Gorgonzola, Fresh Walnuts and Honey

9 Large fresh Mission figs
18 1/2 inch cut thin strips of prosciutto
3 Tablespoon Gorgonzola cheese
18 Large walnut halves
Halve the figs and rest with the open side up.
Wrap each fig half with a slice of prosciutto.
Place a 1/2 teaspoon of cheese on each fig.
Next add the piece of walnut and a drizzle of honey.
Serve cold or heat by placing in a broiler oven for 2 minutes.
