Serves: 2-4 people

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 head romaine cut and cleaned

  • 1/3 cup diced red and green bell peppers

  • 1 tbs. diced red onions

  • 1 tbs. diced cucumbers

  • 1 whole tomato diced

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

  • 1 tsp granulated garlic

  • 1 tsp dried thyme

  • 1/3 cup pita chips

  • 1 tsp Sumac

DRESSING

  • 1 tbsp Limoneira lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tsp. Salt

METHOD:

  1. In a separate bowl add dressing ingredients and whisk.

  2. Toss all other ingredients together then finish with dressing.

  3. Top with dried pita chips and sprinkle with sumac.
