Hummus with Fresh Lemons

Serves: 8 cups

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 cups cooked garbanzo beans

  • 1 tsp garlic

  • 1 tbsp salt

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

  • 1 cup Limoneira lemon juice

  • 1 cup tahini paste

METHOD:

  1. Add all ingredients into a food processor or blender.

  2. Puree/Blend until smooth.
