Serves: 6 people
1 Cup pitted cherries
1 Cup simple syrup
2 Limes, juiced
4 Cups sugar
8 Cups of water
In a blender mix cherries and simple syrup until smooth, strain, add juice of two limes and chill. Will keep for two days.
Place 2 ounces cherry mix in a large glass,
Top with 6 ounces club soda. Be careful, this will fizz up.
Stir, add ice and serve.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SIMPLE SYRUP:
Mix water and sugar together in pan, heat until it comes to a boil and the liquid is clear.
Store covered for future use. Will keep in fridge for quite a while
