Holiday Fruit Bark
There’s something special about treats that look festive but take just minutes to make. This holiday fruit bark is one of my favorites — rich chocolate layered with bright pomegranate seeds and crunchy nuts. It’s simple, seasonal, and beautiful enough to share or serve on a holiday platter.
Ingredients
1 bag (10–12 oz) dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
½–¾ cup pomegranate seeds
½ cup chopped nuts (pistachios, almonds, walnuts, or pecans work well)
Flaky sea salt (optional)
Instructions
Prep: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt the chocolate: Gently melt chocolate in a double boiler or microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Spread & Top: Pour melted chocolate onto parchment and spread into a thin, even layer. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds and nuts over the top. Add a pinch of flaky sea salt if you like.
Chill: Refrigerate for 30–45 minutes, or until firm.
Break & Serve: Break into pieces and enjoy — or package for gifting!
Beautiful, simple, and full of holiday cheer — just the way I love to cook and share.
