Dry Rub w/Master Cut Pork Ribs
Memphis in May BBQ


 

1/2c dried parsley

1/2c cumin

1C brown sugar

T red pepper

2 cloves chopped Garlic

 


Combine all ingredients and rub them on the Master Cut Ribs

 

 

Heat the propane grill to high 

Place the rub on the ribs adjust the temp as needed 

Place on the grill

Cook 30 minutes, 15 minutes on each side or to desired doneness

Cut into pieces and serve
