Brine w/Master Cut Pork Tenderloin
Memphis in May BBQ


3C vegetable stock

1C brown sugar

1/2 c cumin

2 cloves whole garlic

1 lemon juiced

2Tsalt

 


Combine all ingredients and place the Master Cut Pork chops into the liquid before cooking.

 

Heat the propane grill on high

After injecting the tenderloin with the liquid

Place tenderloins to grill, adjust temp as needed 

Cook 10 minutes on each side, or to desired doneness

Slice into medallions, and serve
