Chef Duke's Voodoo Shrimp

12 Each Jumbo Shrimp or Bigger ˝ Cup Lucky Boy Chinese Sweet Chili Sauce 3 Oz Southern Comfort ˝ Lime Juice ˝ Lemon Juice 1 Orange, juiced 4 Tspns Butter 3 Tspns Blacken Seasoning 1 Each Red, Green, Yellow Bell Pepper, julianne
In a saute pan add oil and heat up to very hot, almost smoking. In a mixing bowl add peeled and butterflied shrimp, a teaspoon of oil and the 3 teaspoons of blacken seasoning. *Mix well so shrimp are coated. Add peppers in saute pan, then add shrimp till cooked. Add all other ingredients till sauce is reduced to the right consistency. Should coat back of spoon then run off.
