Cook the fish sticks according to package directions.
While the fish sticks are cooking, mix together the sour cream and the lime juice and zest.
When the fish sticks are cooked thorough, assemble the tacos. For each taco, lay 3 fish sticks on a tortilla. Sprinkle on 1/4 cup of shredded cabbage, 1 tablespoon of the sour cream mixture, and 2 teaspoons taco sauce. Serve immediately.
