Peanut Butter Raisin Balls

Serves 6-8

1/2 Cup Sifted C&H Powdered Sugar
3/4 Cup Skippy Peanut Butter, smooth or superchunk
1 Cup Sunmaid Raisins


In a small bowl, mix together the powdered sugar and the peanut butter until mixed through.

Scoop the mixture one tablespoon at a time, and roll into balls.

Spread out raisins in a shallow bowl. Roll the peanut butter balls in the raisins. Serve or refrigerate until ready to eat or pack in a lunch.
