Strawberry Tiramisu

Serves 6

2 Lbs Strawberries
8 Oz Mascarpone 
6 Each Whole Eggs
6 Tspn Sugar
2 Oz Liquor you like
2 Oz Bitter Chocolate Powder
2 Lbs Ladyfingers 
2-3 Each Whole Lemons


Separate the egg yolks from the white. To the Yolk, add all the sugar and whip the eggs until firm.
Do the same with the white of the eggs, whip them up until they look like snow. Cut the strawberries in tiny cubes and marinate with sugar, lemons and liquor that you like. Strain the water from the strawberries and dip the ladyfingers. Fold the mascarpone into the yolk mix. Fold the white snow into the yolk mix.

Layer Biscotti
Cream
Chopped Strawberries
As many times as you want.

You can layer into a martini glass or a large deep platter top the tiramisu with chocolate powder
