Tadich’s Grilled Halibut with Grilled Summer Vegetables

Serves 4

 

4 Each (6-8 Oz) Halibut Fillets

Oil Baste (Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Parsley, Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Dried Seaweed, Sweet Paprika)

Assorted Summer Vegetables (e.g. Zucchini, Eggplant, Tomatoes, etc)

Salt and Pepper, to taste


Preheat grill to 400 degrees. Season halibut with oil baste and leave enough to baste fish during grilling. Grill halibut fillets 3-5 mins (depending on size). Baste continuously while grilling. Prepare the vegetables and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Grill vegetables with halibut until done.

 

Serve halibut with vegetables on the side.
