Copa Mexicana

4 Oz Cream Cheese, softened
4 Oz Cream, whipped
1 Sheet Pan of Cake or 4 Ladyfingers
1 Each Chocolate Bar, grated
Kahlua
Sugar, to taste
Mixed Berries, for garnish


Combine the whipped cream, the softened cream cheese and sugar in a bowl. Mix with a spoon and add sugar to achieve desired sweetness. Put Kahlua in a bowl. Add pieces of sheet cake to kahlua to moisten. Take any serving dish such as a martini glass and make layers. Start with the cream mixture and continue with the moistened sheet cake. Alternate the two until you reach the top of the dish, finishing with the cream mixture. Grate the chocolate over the top and garnish with the mixed berries.
