Preheat the grill to a medium heat, about 350°F.
Season the chops with the Emeril’s Rib Rub, and then brush with the olive oil. Place the chops on the grill and cook, turning often for 15 to 20 minutes. Brush the pork chops with the Emeril’s Sweet Original Bam B Q Sauce each time you turn the chops. Serve immediately with a side of grilled corn and potato salad.
