Cherry Crisp

1/2 Cup Flour
3/4 Cup Sugar
4 1/2 Tbsp Butter
6-8 Cups Dark, Sweet, Pitted Cherries
1/8 Tspn Vanilla or Almond Extract


Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, and butter together with a pastry cutter. Pour cherries into a 8” x 8” pan. Sprinkle vanilla or almond extract and flour mixture over the cherries. Bake for one hour or until crisp is lightly brown.
