Ready Pac and Tostitos Taco Salad

Ingredients

Serves 4-6

1 Pkg Ready Pac® Costa Brava Salad
1 Can of Pinto Beans (15 OZ), drained
2 Cups Tostitos® Brand 100% White Corn Tortilla Chips Crispy Rounds
1 lb Lean Ground Beef
1 Jar of TOSTITOS® Brand All Natural Mild Salsa (16 OZ)
1 Jar of TOSTITOS® Brand Restaurant Style Medium Salsa Con Queso (10 3/4 OZ)

Optional:
1 Ready Pac Pico de Gallo (7 OZ pkg)
1 Pkg Ready Pac® Diced Tri Peppers
1/2 Cup Longhorn or Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Cilantro

Cooking Instructions

Lightly sautè meat in skillet, drain well. Stir in Tostitos® Mild Salsa, Tostitos® Salsa Con Queso and pinto beans. Heat thoroughly.

Place Tostitos® Crispy Rounds on plate. Top with lettuce, meat and bean mixture, cheese, and diced tri peppers. Garnish with pico de gallo, sour cream and cilantro, as desired.
