Ingredients
Soy-Mirin Vinaigrette
2 oz Soy Sauce
2 oz Mirin
2 oz Rice Vinegar
2 oz Sesame Oil
12 oz Blended Oil
½ oz Ginger, fresh grated
½ oz garlic, minced
Salt & Pepper to taste
• combine all ingredients
• adjust seasoning
Ahi Tuna Wraps
6 oz Ahi Tuna
½ Oz Soy-Mirin Vinaigrette
1 Tbs Green onion, finely chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
¼ oz Jimica, julienned
¼ oz Enoki mushrooms
¼ oz Daikon sproutsikon sprouts
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
¼ Cup Carrots, julienne
Salt and Pepper to taste
3 Lettuce Leafs
Cooking Instructions
• Mix Tuna with vinaigrette and green onions.
Divide the tuna mixture on the lettuce leafs. Add remaining ingredients equally on each leaf. Salt and Pepper to taste. Roll and close with a toothpick.
• Adjust seasoning to taste if necessary
