Lavender Orange Marmalade

Ingredients 

1 Cup Oranges, sliced thinly
3 Each Lavender Flowers
1 Cup Water
2 Cups Sugar

Cooking Instructions 

Soak sliced oranges with lavender in water overnight. In the same water that the oranges have been soaking in, cook soaked fruit over low heat until tender and then add sugar. Continue cooking until you reach desired thickness.
