Ingredients
Split a 14 inch French-style bread loaf, (1 lb.), lengthwise almost in half, leaving
the bread barely connected along its length. Slather
with a mixture of 1⁄4 Cup softened Butter, 1 tbsp.Garlic, minced, and 1⁄2 tsp. Kosher Salt.
While Tri-Tip (or other meat choice) is resting,
set garlic bread on grill, buttered side down, and grill
until marks appear, 10 to 15 minutes. Serves 8.
