Ingredients

1 Cup Orange Juice
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
3 Cups Sugar
2 Each Orange zest
15 Each Eggs
8 Each Egg Yolks
8 Oz Butter
Cooking Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, place the bowl over a double boiler, using a wire whisk, stir constantly until it forms a custard. Whisk in butter last.
