Ingredients
Serves 10 For Nuggets: 2 Each Chicken Breasts, cut into cubes Black Olives 1 Each Garlic Clove, minced 1 Each Onion, chopped 2 Oz Cream Salt and Pepper, to taste For Mint Jelly Sauce: 1 Cup Mint jelly 1/2 Cup Vegetable Broth |
Cooking Instructions
In a food processor, add all ingredients for the nuggets and mix. Form the mixture into round nuggets and fry them in a skillet, pressing flat and browning both sides. Place the cooked nuggets on a plate lined with a paper towel to drain excess oil. To make the sauce, place the vegetable broth and mint jelly in a small saucepot and heat until jelly is fully combined with the broth and the mixture is pourable. Serve the cooked nuggets with the Mint Jelly Sauce on the side. |
