BRINGING IT HOME FRESH FROM THE EARTH!
LODI, Calif. (April 01, 2004) - Bushels of fresh produce are coming soon to fabulous Las Vegas! Bringing It Home with Laura McIntosh™, a reality-based cooking show, has scheduled a production
date near the Gilcrease Orchards in the Las Vegas area on Tuesday, April 20, 2004. On a kitchen stage set in the midst of blooming fruit trees, the traveling cooking show will feature three of Las Vegas’ rising
star chefs in shows to air on local ABC affiliate KTNV Channel 3.
Bringing it Home with Laura McIntosh™ is a television show that debuted on August 3, 2003 in the Los Angeles, San Diego, Santa Barbara, Palm Springs, and Las Vegas markets (Please see
attached station list.) We are a traveling cooking show that sets its stage where the commodity of choice is at its peak of freshness. Bringing it Home with Laura McIntosh™ brings agriculture to the forefront using only the freshest produce to create seasonal specialties. Scheduled shows include guest chef appearances by Chefs Jean-Marie Josselin of
Restaurant 808 at Caesar’s Palace, Mark Sherlin of the Aladdin Resort and Carlos Guia of Commander’s Palace at the Desert Passage.

Each show features a five-star chef who creates recipes featuring a specific fresh commodity. Along with host Laura McIntosh, the culinary experts demonstrate to viewers how quick and easy it can
be to prepare a healthy, nutritious meal with fresh ingredients and gourmet results.
On Tuesday, April 20, 2004, the production crew of Bringing it Home with Laura McIntosh™ will set up their famous traveling kitchen near the beautiful thriving crops of Gilcrease Farms.
Picking select ingredients fresh from the fields, our guest chefs will show you what to do with the abundant fruits of the season. Come out and watch us in action, at one of the most unlikely areas of agriculture –
the Las Vegas desert!
Joining us bright and early from the kitchen of 808 at Caesar’s Palace is well-known chef Jean-Marie Josselin, who will be cooking up some exotic recipes using fresh Asian vegetables. As is consistent
with all of our guest chefs on Bringing it Home, Chef Jean-Marie selects the freshest ingredients for his kitchens at both of his 808 restaurants in Las Vegas and La Jolla, CA.
Following Chef Jean-Marie will be Mark Sherline, Executive Chef of the entire Aladdin Resort and Casino. With so many menus to watch over, it’s surprising Chef Mark has time to spare to show
off his talents for us! The Aladdin Resort and Casino is home to award-winning restaurants such as Elements, rated by Zagat as one of the Top-Ten restaurants in Las Vegas and Tremezzo, another Top Ten
Zagat restaurant, and a winner of the “Award of Excellence” by Wine Spectator. Chef Mark will be showing us some delicious and healthy recipes that offer some variety to the new low-carb trend of dieting.

Last, but surely not least, is none other than the famed Commander’s Palace Executive Chef Carlos Guia. Chef Carlos will make his way over from the Desert Passage at the Aladdin Resort to show
us some recipes perfect for treating your mother to a very special meal on Mother’s Day. Cooking with seasonal, sweet strawberries and some rich, premium Swift pork, Chef Carlos will use his wealth of
experience with fresh ingredients, and even making a version of the signature Commander’s Palace Bread Pudding.
If you are addicted to cooking shows, or just love to create masterpieces in your own kitchen, we invite you to come out and celebrate Earth Day with us, watching three superbly talented chefs in
person, as they prepare recipes with the freshest, seasonal ingredients, compliments of Mother Earth herself.
Some of our past guest chefs have included James Beard Award Winners and House Chefs, Cheers Beverage Excellence Award Winners, AAA Five Diamond Award Winning restaurants and the
Executive Chefs from Top 25-rated Restaurants in the US by the most popular food, wine and travel magazines.
Airing every Sunday morning on network affiliates from Bakersfield to Las Vegas, Bringing it Home with Laura McIntosh™  (www.bringingithome.tv) offers a “fresh” version of that same old
cooking show. Traveling from farm to field, Laura McIntosh enlists the help of a local farmer and gourmet chef to show us exactly how to handle the fruits of this agricultural bounty by which we are surrounded.
