Layered Sundried Tomato and Artichoke Spread
1 Pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, well chilled
3 Tbs Sun-dried tomatoes in oil, well drained, finely chopped
3 Tbs Canned Artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
2 Tbs Pesto
2 Tbs PLANTERS Smoked Almonds, chopped
2 tsp Fresh parsley, finely chopped
Prep Time: 10 min. plus refrigerating time. Makes: 1-1/2 Cups spread or 12 servings, (2 Tbsp. spread and
5 crackers each).
Substitute PLANTERS Mixed Nuts for the almonds.
Serve on a platter or wooden board garnished with fresh fruit, such as grape clusters, apples, pears
and/or dried fruits.
Serve with WHEAT THINS or TRISCUIT Crackers.
For a festive touch, serve with RITZ Snowflake Crackers.
