Easy Baked Potato Lunch
1 Express Baked PotatOH!
1 Can of Chunk Chicken (11.5oz)
Classic Chicken Topping:
3 Green Onions, sliced
6 Tbs Non-Fat Mayonnaise Dressing
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
8 Oz Frozen Broccoli, thawed
1/4 Cup Non-Fat Mayonnaise Dressing
1 Tbsp Dijon-Style Mustard
1/2 tsp Dried Tarragon or Basil Leaves
1/4 Cup Reduced-Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Pepper, to taste
Heat Potato as directed. Drain Chicken and place in a bowl with all of the ingredients for the desired topping, except for the Cheese. Mix well. Cover topping with cheese and heat if desired. Place topping over baked Potato and enjoy.
