1/2 Cup Flour
3/4 Cup Sugar
4 1/2 Tbs Butter
6-8 Cups Dark, Sweet, Pitted Cherries
1/8 tsp Vanilla or Almond Extract
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl combine Flour, Sugar, and Butter, using a pastry cutter. Pour Cherries into a 8” x 8” pan. Sprinkle Vanilla or Almond Extract and Flour mixture over the cherries. Bake for one hour or until crisp is lightly brown.
