1 Each Head of Cauliflower, cored and cut into 1 ½” chunks
1/4 Cup Carb Options™ Italian Dressing
1/4 Tspn Salt
1/8 Tspn Ground Black Pepper
In food processor, pulse cauliflower just until the size of cooked couscous. Do not puree. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat dressing over medium heat and cook cauliflower, stirring frequently, until crisp-tender, about 10 minutes. Stir in salt and pepper and serve immediately.
