I have a bagful of plastic eggs that I'm loading up with classic jelly beans. Every year I think I might jump ship to something more creative, healthy, inspired...but I spring towards the classics.
Now it's time to plan for my hard boiled eggs. The many dyes that are available to create the most unique, and fun designs. There are a few sites that have created a focus for those still in tune with this tradition.
As I look out to my garden, I thought this clever way to combine the celebration with the new seasonal growth was a perfect way to update the egg decoration. A few sprigs of my favorite spices, flowers, and other fresh greenery tied to the eggs, died or natural. Thanks Rebecca.
Finally, if you haven't thought of what to do with those hard-boiled eggs after Easter, go back to our post from 2015. "Did you know 1 egg has 70 calories? These calories are distributed the yolk has about 54 calories and the whites have 16. I always use both parts because most of the 13 essential vitamins and minerals in an egg are found in the yolk. "
