Continuing my exploration into the tea culture, I have been sampling the variety of black teas. I'm starting with a list as prvided by Lindsey Goodwin. Next, Im expanding my tea vocabulary. I'm familiar with Earl Gray. It's a standard. But some on the list may just extend my development and understanding of the Asian languages. Just practice saying Chai versus instant. I can recall many a times standing in line at Starbucks and hearing people order and accent that word Chai. Look who's fancy now.
Black tea has been proposed as providing multiple health benefits, lets label the new Anti-Hero . Anti-oxidant, anti-lung damage, anti-plaque, anti-stroke, anti-cancer. I think I'm making up words, but I'm simply amazed at how one drink can do so much. Forget about Do the Dew, maybe I should promote Take on the Tea!
